Cancellation Policy

Scope

The following cancellation information applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Businesses within the meaning of Section 14 BGB do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are excluded.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
